About the Youth Center of White Cloud Inc:
The Youth Center started 19 years ago. I was thinking about everything that was wrong in my hometown of White Cloud, MI and what I could do about it! Everything that the town lacked when I was a child was still lacking. The first thing that was needed was a safe place for youth to go, to be with friends after school. So, God Almighty told me to fix the problem! 

I had 10 cents and my two years of Biblical training from Word of Life Bible Institute. Using Word of Life Local Church material and Quiet Time devotionals on January 08, 2004, the Youth Center of White Cloud was birthed! Two students attended in the beginning. It was a once-a-week Bible Club very similar to Rural Bible Mission. More students started to come to the Youth Center to say hi, get a hug, or just talk to me, even outside of normal meeting times. From there on out, they started coming every day, at all hours of the day, which led us to create a daily schedule.

The Youth Center is a Christian after-school program that seeks to reach youth of 6 years of age through to 12 years of age with the good news of Jesus Christ. We partner with Word of Life, which is based out of Schroon Lake, NY. We do not take any funding from the State of Michigan or Federal Government. We solely rely on donations from people like you! 

We retained our 501c3 on June 30th, 2014.
